The farmhouse combines heritage charm with modern comfort, featuring timber floors, soaring ceilings, enclosed sunrooms, reverse-cycle heating and cooling, a wood-fired fireplace and plenty of room for families to spread out. The home includes three queen bedrooms, a spacious lounge, renovated kitchen with dishwasher, outdoor dining spaces and a dedicated firepit area overlooking the mountains.

Families love the location, with hiking, mountain biking and national park adventures all nearby. Sunday is located just 2 km from the Currys Gap mountain biking trails, offering scenic riding through Tenterfield’s beautiful high-country landscape. Bushwalking, wildlife spotting and day trips to the Granite Belt region are all within easy reach.

After a day outdoors, guests can unwind in The Soak — our private outdoor bathhouse with a freestanding tub and direct views to Mount Mackenzie. At night, gather around the firepit and enjoy some of the clearest dark skies and stargazing in regional NSW.
