Amazing property overall! Everything was tastefully decorated, kitchen and bathroom fully stocked, spacious layout and lots of outdoor areas to hang and relax. We booked this house for my bachelorette weekend and one bummer was that the afternoon we planned to use the pool (day after check in) it was scheduled for a maintenance cleaning so we weren’t able to get in. I’d say recommend scheduling maintenance around guest check in or informing guests before hand to possibly plan around.

When we arrived, the house looked beautiful, and we were initially very happy with the property. Unfortunately, the experience became extremely disappointing because so many of the amenities and basic things in the home were not working properly.We spent more than X amount for our three-day stay, expecting to be able to enjoy the home and its advertised amenities. Instead, we spent a significant portion of our three days calling, messaging, watching YouTube videos, waiting for people to come and attempt repairs, and trying to get basic amenities to work.What makes this even more disappointing is that, despite the fact that essentially none of the major amenities were working properly when we needed them, we were given only a X credit. We do not feel that this adequately reflects the amount we paid, the amenities we were unable to enjoy, or the time and frustration we experienced.Our kids and our entire family were not able to enjoy the home as we had planned. We understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but when multiple amenities are unavailable and the issues cannot be resolved during a three-day stay, we believe a more appropriate adjustment should have been offered.The biggest concerns were:* Pool: Not heated at check-in. We were told to wait approximately three hours and were directed to follow a YouTube video, but we could not adjust the temperature ourselves. After waiting and contacting them repeatedly, someone came to fix it, but it took approxi
