This is a spectacular property. The views from the deck are breathtaking. The bathrooms have recently been renovated and are very nice. It is located halfway between the airport and Funchal, so it is convenient if you have a car. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance. The deck and view are the main attraction.

Very clean and comfortable

Our stay was very enjoyable. The property was in a lovely location, very quiet with beautiful views out to sea. There are several good restaurants in close proximity and a good local bus service to Funchal five minutes walk away.

The house is lovely and in a beautiful location right on the coast overlooking the ocean. Complete with sun loungers on the deck, and table & chairs to eat outside too. We were central for reaching the attractions we wanted to see such as the gardens and for walks, outdoor centre down the road if wanting to book activities, restaurants close by also.

Perfect place to relax

The sea view is picture perfect and the decking makes the property. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy good food in the many local restaurants and to explore beautiful Madeira. Handy bus route to Funchal on the express or you can take a more scenic route. Clean & comfortable accommodation - would definitely recommend.

We had a perfect stay in Canico. We've visited the area before and know it well, but never stayed in this lovely house - the position in Canico is perfect - close to the lido and restaurants - and the house deck overlooking the sea offers a fabulous view - hard to match.

Just Perfect

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Max the host was really helpful and provided us with excellent information so it was easy to find. The villa was well equipped and very clean and homely. It was located in a very peaceful and quiet residential area. We spent most of our time, when at the villa, sitting on the decking and enjoying the amazing views. Such a relaxing holiday.

Gem on the Atlantic

My husband and I took our two boys, ages 5 and 7 for two weeks. The house was perfect for our family. We couldn’t get over the view on the deck-it is much more beautiful in person. The beds were very comfortable, we found everything really clean and someone even thoughtfully left gorgeous flowers in a vase for us upon arrival. We did find out the hard way that the parking on the street is metered and you will need to pay, so keep that in mind. All in all though, we would stay here again, we felt very thankful to have chosen this home for our family vacation!

Super stay

The location is really great and so relaxed with the big terrace and seaview. The area is very quiet. Although you have to pay for the parking, we never had a parking problem and when you're away during the day and come back you just pay a little and automatically counts till the next morning. The house isn't big, but big enough as you mostly stay on the terrace. Kitchen had all you needed. Beds were very good. The contact with the host was very good, after mentioning something, we directly got a reply and was solved. 2 Good restaurants down the street at the hotels. Close to the airport and to Funchal. And a good stay to explore the whole beautiful island. We really enjoyed everything.

Wir haben unseren 3-wöchigen Sommerurlaub in diesem Haus - oder besser gesagt: auf dessen außergewöhnlich schöner Terrasse verbracht. Neben der Terrasse und dem Außenbereich zählte auch das schöne, moderne Bad zu unseren Highlights. Die Wohnräume und Küche fallen etwas rustikaler aus, sind aber wohnlich. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse wird nie langweilig: Dank der Besuche von Eidechsen, Geckos, seltenen Vögeln und neugierigen Nachbarskatzen wird es nie langweilig.Die Lage fanden wir ideal: Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und die Nachbarn kaum wahrzunehmen, sodass man einen schönen, ungestörten Urlaub verbringen kann. Während mal viele Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, gute Restaurants und Bars in fußläufiger Entfernung findet, ist auch Funchal nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, wenn man einmal mehr erleben möchte. Auch die vielen Natur-Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel sind vom Haus aus per Auto komfortabel erreichbar.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr professionell und An- und Abreise völlig problemlos. Herzlichen Dank für das schöne Urlaubserlebnis!

Sehr hübsche, geräumiges Haus mit einer traumhaften Terrasse und einem atemberaubenden Blick. Es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Besonders das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Atlantik war jeden Morgen der perfekte Start in den Tag. Auch die Kommunikation mit Max Bracht verlief von Beginn an durchgehend unkompliziert und absolut reibungslos. Rundum ein perfekter Aufenthalt – wir haben jede Sekunde genossen.

Ein perfekter Urlaub auf Madeira.Das Haus an sich befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend mit wirklich toller Aussicht, welche man vor allem morgens und am Abend genießen sollte.Wir haben in den Betten wirklich ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Alle Fenster lassen sich durch die Laden fast vollständig abdunkeln.Die Küche ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet, sogar Kleinigkeiten wie Backpapier oder Verschlussklipse sind vorhanden. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr sauber und hygienisch. Insgesamt würden wir das Haus zu 100 % weiterempfehlen…..Famile D. aus Gladbeck

Es waren wunderbare 10 Tage. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach genial. Auch die Ruhe, die wir dort hatten, haben wir sehr genossen. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Hrn Bracht war freundlich und unkompliziert. Auch gab es etliche Aufenthaltstips. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Die absoluten Pluspunkte des Hauses sind seine Lage und die riesige Terrasse mit direktem Meerblick - unvergleichlich. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, zweckmäßig und vielseitig. Dass manches in die Jahre gekommen ist, schränkt den Gebrauch nicht ein.Wegen der Südlage genossen wir jetzt im Winter die Sonne, im Sommer wäre das für uns nur mit den Sonnenschirmen nicht machbar - hier fehlte uns echter Schatten, da der Gebäudevorsprung nur klein ist. Aber das ist natürlich individuell. Bezaubernd war auch die Ruhe, dadurch dass auf der einen Seite niemand wohnt (Renovierung) und die alte Dame auf der anderen Seite nicht wahrnehmbar war - sehr, sehr schön für uns. Wir behalten das Haus als Winterquartier auf jeden Fall im Kopf.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist unbeschreiblich! Das Grundstück ist uneinsehbar und liegt entsprechend ruhig. Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles notwendige und mehr ist vorhanden. Für mehrere Personen ist das zweite Bad etwas klein. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war hervorragend. Extrawünsche wurden unverzüglich erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
