Check in was easy and smooth, house was very nice and clean it also had lots of stuff in the pantry; pots pans, disposable cutlery so it was very helpful. Location is also super convenient it’s 5 minutes away from Walmart and other stores

Our stay started with a serious access issue. We entered successfully at check-in using the provided code, but the lock later malfunctioned and we were unable to re-enter the property. Reaching the owner took considerable time, and when we finally connected, the suggested workarounds for getting back in were impractical and not a real solution. My father was alone on-site trying to troubleshoot a defective lock on his own — well beyond what a guest should have to manage. We were locked out for several hours before regaining access.Basic essentials were also missing: the property wasn’t stocked with items like toilet paper, so we had to go out and buy basic supplies ourselves.Finally, we requested a two-hour late checkout due to a family member being unwell, which was denied. The turnover crew arrived at the door at 11:02am — creating an uncomfortable and rushed departure.Given the access failure alone, I can’t recommend this property. Basic reliability (a working lock), responsiveness, and flexibility were all lacking.

Regarding the late checkout request, we understand your situation and are sorry we were unable to accommodate it due to our scheduled cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we have already taken steps to inspect the lock and review our processes to help prevent similar issues in the future. Property was not as advertised. There was no onsite gym equipment, “garden space” in the back was an overgrown weed patch. After showering on the main floor there was flooding in the laundry room which based on the baseboards was not the first flood. There was obvious previous water damage on the garage entrance, the sub flooring felt soft and spongy and there was water seeping through the vinyl flooring planks. There was also previous water damage on the ceiling of the main floor. There were 6 bath towels provided but no hand towels, face cloths, dish cloths or dish towels available. One bathroom was completely out of toilet paper and the other two had a quarter of a roll only, so we had to purchase some for our stay. Bedrooms were as advertised, clean linens with large beds. Host responded quickly to inquiries.

The property was clean, slight staining on outside of bedding. Had to try several times to get in touch with host as they hadn’t provided the code to get into the house. No wo-fi code provided either. Toilet paper provided at all so I had to go out and purchase my own. Only stayed 1 night. Lots of bedrooms and beds were comfortable.
