When you contacted us, we responded as quickly as possible by bringing additional towels and a replacement coffee maker, timhorton coffee new jar and dishwasher detergent.We also showed you the additional clean cutlery and dishes stored in the kitchen cabinets, as the main drawer does not hold the full set. The dishwasher contained only a couple of items that had not been cleaned properly, and we sincerely apologize for that oversight. Regarding the towels, we were not aware that one appeared stained. All of our towels are professionally washed between stays, but we understand how this could have been disappointing, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We would also like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. The washing machine is fully functional and has since been repositioned to ensure it remains stable during use. The stove’s “Hot Surface” indicator light has been on since the appliance was installed. The stove itself functions normally, and the indicator does not affect its safe operation. We take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so we can continue improving.
