A few reasons why spending a little extra to stay in the heart of Austin and avoid horrific hours waiting in traffic / hunting for parking. We strongly advise taking the 15 minute Uber from the airport. Valet parking is available but pricey and street parking is difficult to find… truth told - there is little need for a car.

You are steps away from Austin`s best nightlife and more than 30 restaurants, town lake & nearby museums. Brunch, lunch, dinner are literally a few steps away along with a small but plentiful grocery store should you choose to stay in and test your chef skills.

It’s a 3-5 minute walk on Rainey street or alongside the lake and you will arrive Van Zandt / Four Seasons for a great brunch or speakeasy cocktail.

Day or night, you’ll find relaxed bar-goers strolling from bar to food trailer to bar again, often with their dogs in tow looking for a kicked-back sip and a delicious bite.

It`s easy-peasy getting around this Rainey St location! The area is extremely walkable to everything Rainey has to offer. Every bar, restaurant and food truck park is minutes away. There are ample electric scooters. Rainey St is also home to iconic bike cabs. You can even walk easily to the well-known, eclectic Austin East Side. The main freeway gives easy access to driving to anywhere else in Austin. We strongly recommend parking via valet at the building. Paid directly to valet $40 a night, or $20 for a day stay.

**PARKING NOTES: This building is a valet-only property paid directly to the valet. Overnight valet parking is $40 per day and day use valet parking is $20 per day. Self pay street parking may be available (please check fees for use).

**We allow early check in and late check out whenever possible at no extra charge. This may not be available on same day turnovers in order to allow sufficient time for our staff to clean and sanitize the property.

**Pets - We are pet friendly but we do charge a $100 cleaning fee per pet to allow additional deep cleaning.
