Property Description<br>Spacious, dual-aspect apartment measuring 50 m² with 3 main rooms, renovated in December 2020 and sleeping 6 to 8 guests. South-facing with completely unobstructed views offering a magnificent panorama of the Aiguilles d'Arves. Ski slopes are just 50 m from the building, providing direct access to the ski lifts. Dog-sledding tours depart right behind the apartment.<br><br><br>Accommodations<br>- New, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, raclette set, and pierrade set<br>- Spacious living room with a large table (seats 6–8 people), a sofa bed (sleeps 2) in the alcove, and a pull-out sofa (sleeps 2)<br>- 1 TV available<br>- 1 large bedroom (sleeps 4) with 1 double bed (140 x 190) + 2 bunk beds (90 x 190) <br>- Bathroom with tub<br>- Separate toilet<br>- Entryway with storage cabinet and coat hooks<br>- Large south-facing balcony<br>- Private ski locker, shared bike storage, sleigh available<br>- Vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron<br>- Duvets and blankets available (excluding sheets)<br>- End-of-stay cleaning service available for an additional fee, payable on-site upon arrival<br><br><br>House Rules<br>Check-in / Initial property inspection / Key handover: between 4:30 PM and 6:30 p.m.<br>Check-out / exit inspection / key return: between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.<br>Any time beyond these hours will be charged at a rate of €5 per half hour.<br>Please be prepared to pay a security deposit upon arrival<br>The security deposit will be returned by mail within 8 days after the exit inspection.<br>Non-smoking apartment<br>No pets allowed<br>Free parking<br><br>Additional services available: sheet rental, towel rental, additional small appliances, beds made upon arrival, etc.—please contact us.<br><br><br>Various activities:<br>La Toussuire is a family-friendly resort with activities during both the summer and winter seasons. Très bien

Appartement agréable, conforme à la description. Belle vue et bien équipé. Casier à ski un peu petit. Bon accès aux pistes et au centre de la station. Propriétaire très réactif et service de conciergerie efficace.

logement très correct, mais....

L'appartement est très agréable à vivre, nous étions 6 adultes, sauf qu'il y avait un problème d'évacuation des eaux dans la cuisine, l'eau stagné dans l'évier. Nous avons sollicité le propriétaire mais personne ne pouvait intervenir avant le vendredi matin, dernière journée de notre séjour!!! Nous devions faire la vaisselle dans la baignoire, car une nuit le lave vaisselle que nous avions mis en route

Sincèrement désolé pour ce désagrément, l'appartement venait d'être refait et notamment la cuisine toute neuve posée par un artisan… La cuisine a pourtant bien été testée mais malheureusement pas en situation de séjour, et l'évacuation s'est avérée en partie bouchée ce qui explique la mauvaise évacuation des eaux… La reprise des locations saisonnières après 2 ans de COVID a fait exploser les problèmes de plomberie sur toute la station en début de saison, aucun artisan, dépanneur d'urgence n'était dispo avant 2 semaines minimum… j'ai tout mis en œuvre pour trouver une solution le plus rapidement possible et réussi a faire intervenir une personne sous 3 jours… soyez assuré que je mets toute mon énergie et ma bonne volonté pour que chaque vacancier puisse passer le meilleur séjour possible.
