The house is fully equipped, with a complete kitchen, kitchen utensils, a cosy living area, and hammock hooks, perfect for relaxing. Everything has been designed to offer practicality, comfort, and a peaceful stay here on Praia do Sol beach in João Pessoa. Distance from the sea: 1km. 7 minutes walk from the beach. 3 minutes drive from the beach. The property is a spacious, well-organized house prepared to comfortably accommodate families and groups.
