Spacious newly renovated two bedroom apartment

This 2 bedroom apartment with its Central location in the city.3 blocks from the college , and a stones throw from most amenities. Grocery, pharmacy,convenience,restaurants, walk-in clinic,Tim Hortons. Please note that this is an 18 unit apartment building as I cannot controll every unit there are some smokers in the building, but the floor this unit is on is smoke free and the unit is also smoke free.

This was a very reasonable priced rental. The fact that it has been recently renovated made it appealing . We enjoyed using the kitchen to make diners. I only planned to stay one night but I was enjoying all the home comforts so much that we booked a second night. This location is 11 minutes to The Algoma Canyon train station. We went on the 10 hour round trip tour. It was nice to come back to the apartment and relax after a long day.

The place had a bad smell, and the host wasn’t very helpful when I brought up my concerns. Overall, disappointing stay.

The place had a bad smell because of all the cigarettes you smoked. In a non smoking unit. Guest. Was concerned about mosquitos. Not much I can do about that in northern Ontario
