Welcome to HARPER'S @ SHELLY BEACH!
A brand new coastal cottage, great location close to town and a short walk to Shelly Beach and Sea Acres Rainforest Boardwalk. This modern, ground level cottage is clean, peaceful, light and fresh, with a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living with large sliding glass doors that open onto an alfresco area & courtyard garden where you'll enjoy brunch or laze about on a sun lounge. There’s also an outdoor shower to use when returning from the beach.

HARPER'S @ SHELLY BEACH is a 14 minute drive to Port Macquarie airport and a 13 min walk to Shelly Beach. This modern Hamptons inspired coastal cottage is the place to relax and unwind, it's all ground-level with it's own private entrance so you can come and go as you please.

Constructed in 2025 there's 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, plenty of storage. Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 has two beds - a king single bed and single bed. All beds are made up with clean linen.
There's a split system air-conditioner, ceiling fans, block-out blinds and curtains throughout.

There's a fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric cooktop and microwave where you can whip up a lovely family meal. The full size fridge and step-in pantry is very spacious if you wish to book a longer stay and the dishwasher makes clean up a breeze.

A Nespresso coffee pod machine complete with milk frother is available for your compulsory morning coffee. Toaster and kettle, Coffee, Tea, Milk and Sugar is provided.

The indoor dining area seats 4 people spaciously for meals and there's 2 stools at the breakfast bar for a quick bite to eat, coffee or a cocktail.

The bathroom and laundry is combined but very spacious. With a rain head shower, vanity and toilet on one side and the laundry on the other. Clean towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is supplied, as is a hairdryer and beach towels to take to the beach.

The laundry area blends into the bathroom and has been tastefully designed. There's a washing machine, dryer, sink and benchtop area with an over the bench hanging area for wet clothing. Laundry liquid, pegs & washing basket is supplied. There's an ironing board and iron and an outdoor clothes line out the back if required.

The dining and lounge area is open-plan with large glass doors that open out to an undercover alfresco area with an electric BBQ for guests to use. There's an outdoor dining setting with seating for 4 people with 2 sunlounges (banana chairs) in the courtyard garden to relax anytime day or night.

For the beach lovers there's an outdoor shower with hot water for when returning from the beach. Everything you need for a relaxing stay.

All beds are made up with fresh linen for your convenience.

As locals of almost 25 years, we have created a relaxing coastal cottage to share with couples, business people and small families to give them an opportunity to experience the local area and stay at a property that is clean, relaxing and peaceful.

Port Macquarie is a relaxing coastal town that is growing due to popularity. Offering a beautiful coastline with lots of beaches, restaurants, cafes and outdoor activities to cater for everyone, whether you are a traveller, surfer, bush walker of just come to do nothing, you can do all of that here.

What makes this property unique

Harper's at Shelly Beach surprises all of our guests when they arrive. The most common response is "the house is beautiful", "we don't want to leave" or "this is the best place ever!". The property is brand new with a coastal Hampton's inspired design. There's high ceilings, VJ paneling throughout, oak style vinyl flooring in the main areas and luxurious carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has shaker style cabinets and there's large doors that open out onto the alfresco verandah where there's another dining area, BBQ and sun lounges to relax. There's an outdoor shower and side garden access straight into the bathroom and laundry when returning from the beach.
