To maintain a respectful environment for neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited. Please keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during evenings and nighttime.

EMERGENCY EXIT AND TERRACE
There is NO terrace with this unit. Additionally, the back door and windows cannot be opened, except in emergency situations. In the alley downstairs, there are garbage bins, so if you open the windows or door, a bad smell might get in the apartment. The air conditioning in the unit is powerful enough to keep the place cool and comfortable at all times.
