Enjoy beautiful wetland and pond views from this cozy and spacious walkout basement suite(over 1000sqft), located in Calgary's convenient southwest. Surrounded by mature trees and a peaceful natural setting, it's the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the calming outlook. Keep an eye out for local birds, making this a wonderful spot for birdwatching.
My wife and I live upstairs, so you'll have complete privacy with your own separate entrance and a comfortable, self-contained space.
The suite has 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa, making it a comfortable space for families or small groups. You’ll also have a kitchenette for light cooking, a cozy swing area, and a large backyard where you can relax and unwind.
You’ll have a private entrance at the back of the house with easy self check-in.
You’ll be close to everything you need just 5 minutes from local shops and amenities, about 20 minutes to downtown, and a quick 5-minute drive to Spruce Meadows. Fish Creek Park is also nearby if you’re looking to enjoy some time outdoors.
