Why they chose this property

We chose this neighbourhood because it offers a peaceful setting surrounded by nature while still providing convenient access to Calgary’s attractions and the Rocky Mountains.

Rockland Park is located on an elevated area overlooking the Bow River valley, with beautiful views of the river, surrounding hills, forested areas, and nearby communities. The neighbourhood has parks, walking paths, playgrounds, and open green spaces, making it a wonderful place to enjoy fresh air and the outdoors.

What we enjoy most is the peaceful scenery and the easy access to nature. Guests can take a short walk to nearby viewpoints, Rockland Park Pond, and Osprey Playground, or follow the pathways toward scenic areas overlooking the Bow River. The playground is a great stop for families, while the benches and viewpoints provide relaxing places to enjoy the landscape.

At the same time, the neighbourhood is conveniently located for exploring Calgary, visiting WinSport, enjoying Bowness Park, or planning day trips to Canmore, Kananaskis, and Banff. It offers a nice balance between quiet residential living, beautiful natural surroundings, and access to city and mountain activities.
