Three bedrooms on a single level in Belmont, across the Barwon River from central Geelong and a short walk from the High Street shops - the largest strip shopping centre in Geelong.
A king, a queen and a double sleep six across three real bedrooms. One bathroom with a bathtub, a full kitchen, dining table, and a backyard with outdoor furniture and dining.
Free parking on site plus free street parking. Wifi, air con, heating, TV. Private entrance, no stairs. Stays of 28+ nights welcome.
Sleeping - Three bedrooms, no fold-outs: a king in the master, a queen in the second and a double in the third. Six guests, three closed doors. Black-out blinds, hangers and fresh bed linen throughout.
Bathroom - One bathroom with a bathtub as well as a shower - useful with small children, and a rarity in this size of home. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel, hair dryer, and plenty of hot water. Essentials including towels and toilet paper are provided.
Kitchen - Set up to actually cook: oven, stovetop, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee provided. Pots, pans, cooking basics, a baking sheet, dishes and cutlery, and wine glasses. Dining table for the group.
Living and outside - A living room with a TV and a ceiling fan, a patio, and a backyard with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area.
Practical - Air conditioning and heating, dryer, cleaning products, wifi and a private entrance.
