Le Chat is a beautiful 170m2 chalet renovated in 2021 to comfortably accommodate 10 people. It is ideally located in a quiet area of Séez.

In winter you will enjoy the jacuzzi and evenings by the fire. No need for a car to reach the ski area of La Rosière and Les Arcs, the free shuttle bus stop is 50 metres away.

In summer, with its 10 x 5 swimming pool, the chalet is a pleasant base to discover the valley. Bakery, mini market, restaurant within walking distance.

In a décor that is both bohemian and elegant, the chalet is composed of a large living room with sofa and armchairs by the fireplace, a dining room with a large farmhouse table for 10, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, four bedrooms, one of which has a mezzanine, two bathrooms, one of which has a toilet and a separate toilet with washbasin. A large garage can be used to store ski equipment or bicycles depending on the season.

The different rooms of the house are distributed as follows:

Ground floor:
- Entrance.
- Laundry room.
- Garage with ski/bike storage.
- Private outdoor jacuzzi.
- Private outdoor swimming pool.
- Terrace and tables and gardens.

1st floor:
- American cuisine,
- Living room with dining area.
- Bedroom #1 with a 160 x 200 bed with a terrace.
- Sleeping area #2 with a 140 x 190 bed on the mezzanine above bedroom #1.
- Bathroom with a shower.
- Separate toilet with washbasin.
- Balcony and terrace.

2nd floor:
- Bedroom #3 with a 180 x 200 bed that can be converted into two 90 x 200 beds with balcony.
- Bedroom #4 with a 160 x 200 bed with balcony.
- Bedroom #5 with two beds 90 x 190.
- Bathroom with bath and toilet.

A heat pump feeds a hot water tank that provides heating and domestic hot water. The whole is regulated by an automatic thermostat.

A private car park allows you to park 3 cars outside.

In winter, the ski areas of La Rosière - Espace San Bernardo, and Les Arcs - Paradiski are accessible without a car thanks to a shuttle bus that stops 50 metres from the chalet. If you are attracted by the ski areas of Val d'Isère, Tignes, Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise, 20 to 30 minutes by car will be enough to get there!

If you want to take ski lessons for yourself or your children, there are 2 scenarios:

-by car: we advise you to move to Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise which offers an evolving family ski area ideal for starting skiing but also for freeride enthusiasts. The pass is free for children up to 7 years old inclusive. The adult pass is the cheapest in the valley. You can park for free. Contact the SNOCOOL ski school for all your ski lessons / snowshoeing needs.

-without car: the shuttles take you to La Rosière or Les Arcs 1600 via the funicular. If you are a good skier you can access La Rosière by the Ecudets chairlift located 2 km from the chalet via the shuttle. For children's group lessons in La Rosière, you must take into account the shuttle bus schedules.
For lessons in Les Arcs, we advise you to take lessons at 1600. The resort of Les Arcs 1800 is further away and you still have to take an additional shuttle.
With its fireplace, jacuzzi and warm setting, the chalet is an ideal base for a stay in the mountains with family or friends.

In summer, the Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard, La Rosière and Bourg Saint Maurice are accessible without a car thanks to a shuttle bus that stops 50 metres from the chalet. The great classics by bike: Cormet de Roseland, Col du Petit Saint Bernard, Col de l'Iseran pass in front of the chalet.
Many hikes also start near the chalet.
With its south-facing swimming pool, gardens and terraces, the chalet is an ideal base for nature adventures with family or friends.
