This beautiful spot is tucked in a very cute neighborhood and was set up perfectly for our family of 8 including a very nice guest house. We loved everything about this house including the large outdoor swing and seating area. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very nice and we loved the setting. The back yard was perfect with the fire pit area, hot tub and twinkle lights and our toddler had fun on the swing set. The screen porch was perfect for hanging out and playing games. The guest house was a nice plus to have a separate space for the kids. Loved having the golft cart to get to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway!

Everything from the location, decor, cleanliness, and communication with the property owner was perfect for a short getaway with the family! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the beds & couches were super comfortable, and we all enjoyed hanging out in the beautiful back yard and hot tub. 10/10 recommend!

New Buffalo Retreat

A great family get away. The cottage & guesthouse were a perfect fit for our family of 6. The amenities were great with separation for quiet times along with a golf cart, bikes, one tandem bike, hot tub, fire place and very comfortable accommodations. You will be sure to relax & enjoy you time.

Gorgeous house and bonus house in a perfect location!

The main house and guest house are just decorated gorgeously. High end and so comfortable! Relaxing wooded lot a short walk from the beach and short drive to all the fun restaurants, shops, breweries in new Buffalo and surrounding. We wished it was a little warmer during our stay but we’re thankful for the fireplace, outdoor fire pit and hot tub. Tons of seating indoors and out. Will definitely stay again!

Place of comfort

Our family spent our spring break at this property and we had the best time. Every part of this place is well thought out and made for gathering. The kitchen is perfect. The couches and beds are a dream. Great proximity to everything. We visited the Great Escape Spa and the Shady Lane winery and also highly recommend them both. We would love to stay here again.

This was a lovely spot for a reunion of eight high school friends. The home was well equipped with everything including many quality beach chairs, the beach was within walking distance and the golf cart was handy for transporting supplies for relaxing days at the beach. The guest house was perfect for three and the main house comfortably accommodated the remaining 5 and could have easily handled another. The screened in porch was perfect with a long table to seat everyone and the large porch swing was fabulous! The short walk to see the sunset at the beach on our last day was the cherry on the top!A couple of notes: (1) there is a round vent opening on the side of the house near where the hose is that we did not notice. Do not accidentally rinse off the chairs and the chairs against the house to dry - it shuts off the tankless hot water heater. Jack was very kind, however, when we contacted him and got the handyman over that same evening to reset it! (2) the golf cart did not have a sticker to park at grand beach (the nearest one to the neighborhood) so it needs to be driven back after drop off or you could get a ticket, which we did on the last day. However, Jack kindly said he would care of the ticket when we let him know what happened. (3) The down pillows and quilts were lovely, but if you have allergies to down you may want to bring your own pillows and quilts. Overall, it was a lovely home in a great location and a fabulous time was had by all!

Perfect Michiana House

Top notch house, top notch location! Positioned perfectly between Michigan City and New Buffalo! The house and property fit three families easily. The house is beautifully decorated and has great amenities, bikes, golf cart, fire pit, fireplace, etc.. We give it 5 stars and would definitely rent the house again!

Lots to do. We enjoyed the hot tub, the golf cart, and the fire pit. The neighborhood was quiet, scenic and the nearby playground, with a zip line, was a hit with our 10 year old grandson. The short drive to New Buffalo offered us the opportunity to enjoy local restaurants. The dunes, the hikes and the shore line were all enjoyed. And we have never seen so many wonderful deer. We had hoped to use the bikes in the garage, but did not have time. Would definitely select this house again.

Fam friend get away

Cool house for a long weekend away from Chicago. The properties literally right next to the IN border which made keeping time a little harder. The property was great for a get away with a big group. There are bikes, a golf cart and lots of other things that make getting to the beach easy.
