Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very disappointing experience from start to finish. First of all, I was never sent the lockbox access information before check-in. I had to wait TWO HOURS after my scheduled check-in time just to get access to the property, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. This shows a complete lack of organization and communication from the owner.limited parking also on driveway if you don’t get a spot you have to walk 10 minutes.
On top of that, the people downstairs were extremely loud, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. There was no consideration for guests who were trying to have a peaceful experience.
To make matters worse, the owner charges additional fees, making the stay even more expensive than expected. For the amount of money being charged, you would think the service and accommodations would be much better.
Overall, the experience was stressful, disappointing, and definitely not worth the money. Poor communication, excessive noise, unexpected extra charges, and a lack of professionalism made this one of the most frustrating stays I've experienced.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before booking this property. I definitely would not stay here again.
