In southern Auvergne, in a typical hamlet 800 metres from the river, welcome to La Demeure des Glycines, a historic stone house renovated into a comfortable holiday home.
Private, enclosed patio and garden!
Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet
In the private courtyard: patio furniture, barbecue, hot tub, sun loungers, and a pergola topped with a lovely wisteria in bloom during the warmer months!
Regarding cleaning fees: either the property must be left in the same condition as when the keys were handed over, or you may opt for a flat-rate cleaning fee of 100 euros, payable on site.

Excellente semaine

Une semaine tres agreable dans cette maison bien equipee et confortable. Nous etions trois un couple et une amie, maison bien adaptee pour trois. Le petit jardin exterieur avec table et chaises sous une tonnelle bien ombragee est superbe pour des repas en exterieur meme par grande chaleur.
