Childcare equipment on request. Main heating by geothermal energy-optional heating by pellet stove (1 bag / week offered, beyond 8 € the bag). Air conditioner. Cleaning option 60 euros. Beds made (sheets provided). Heated swimming pool 1 / 05-> 30/09 shared with owner. (L 9.5 m x W 4.5 m x D 1.6 m).
