The holiday apartment is situated in a prime area in the city because it is located near the most beautiful beaches in the city. Quality bakery and restaurant are just on the other side of the street, and everything else you need on holiday you will find it within 5min to walk.
The property has a large private parking space for cca. Dozen cars, nice big garden, beautifully tiled courtyard with basketball and mini football.
It is therefore particularly suitable for families with children and other guests.
In front of the apartment there is a beautiful terrace, which offers privacy and is protected by a high stone wall of wind and noise. There you can dine in peace or grilling, while the children play carefree, and you can enjoy a glass of wine and a good book, lying in the network and relaxing in the shade of fragrant Mediterranean herbs and trees.
The apartment also has central heating and a garden heater for cozy evenings together on the terrace during the autumn and winter.
Since the apartment is located on the ground floor overlooking the garden, the only thing it doesn't offers is the sea view .
Certainly, I should mention that due to the location of the noise level is littlbit higher. So far I had no complaints about the noise, and likewise I stress that if you are looking for complete peace in the city center, you will not find it.
