Detached house at the foot of Baye Pond and the Nivernais Canal

Completely renovated cottage at the foot of the Baye pond
This very well equipped independent house offers you: a kitchen, a bedroom with new bedding, a living room with a sofa bed (very good bedding also), a bathroom with walk-in shower.
You can enjoy a garden of about 350 m2 and a beautiful terrace.
The car can be parked either in front of the cottage or in the car park 30m above because we leave the possibility to the neighbour to exceptionally pass their bikes but very discreet person.
Ideally located for bike rides along the canal and beautiful visits nearby (castle of bazoche, ladder of the 16 locks...) Attention linen (sheets and towels) optional.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Lieu à découvrir, de belles balades le long du canal du nivernais. Maison de plain pied où il y a tout ce qu’il faut, rien ne manque. N’hésitez pas.
