The bus and tram are at the foot of the door
The area is quiet and flowery
There is the highway 10 minutes drive away to go either north or south
The train station and the plane are also close to my home, 10 minutes or 20 minutes during rush hour
In my accommodation there is a small city garden.
There is a table with garden chairs perfect for the sun as well as a parasol.
