Overall everything was very nice. The location was great to enjoy all things centrally located. The owner had mentioned the noise from the bar located below, but we didn’t realize how bad it would be. The good news is that the noise stops at 2:00 am when the bars close.

We love staying at the Magnolia Linen Company! It’s so convenient to everything; we rarely even move our car while here. The unit is very clean and cozy. It can be a little loud but that’s expected when you are staying near bars in a college town. They do offer sound machines in the bedrooms which are a huge help. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was well cared for and did not disappoint. Parking is reserved and downtown dining is easily walkable. Management was responsive to my messages. The difficulty is that it is across an alley from a very popular and very loud club which operated with its doors open until late at night. The music and crowd noise was so loud it made it very difficult to sleep.

Thank you so much for this review! The exterior of this historic building is undergoing some updates! We are also overhauling the interior of this unit and the others in this building! They are due for some freshening up and we recognize that!
