It’s a great time for a winter getaway! Book now to enjoy a little peace in paradise!

This spacious beachfront condo is in a low density building with private white sand beach right on the Gulf! Only 10 Units in the property which is adjacent to Perdido Key State Park! Relax on your private patio while enjoying the gulf view!

Unit B2 is fully equipped with everything you need for a fun family getaway or a romantic couple’s retreat! The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bath with jetted tub. Second bedroom has a king-sized bed and twin bunks. B2 comfortably sleeps 6 and is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Beach chairs, umbrella, soft cooler, and sand toys are also available for use. A PlayStation4 with games and DVDs is located in the living room! Close to restaurants, shopping and the famous Flora-Bama! Come enjoy our little piece of paradise!

Please note reservations are not complete until I receive the signed rental contract and copy of your license. Our process is extremely easy as I do contracts through electronic signature. You must be 25 and up to rent from us.

Great affordable find right on the beach. Quaint condo that does have a beach view. Easy parking and only 2 stories, so not a high rise but also no elevator if hauling luggage up 2flghts is an issue. Easy walkway to the beach, but note public beach access is adjacent to the property.

This is the one! Don't overthink it and don't overpack. Kathy has everything you need! The place is much larger than it appears on the pictures. The dining/kitchen/living areas are wide open, so we had plenty of space to move about. The bunk beds were actual safe, not too tall, and high rails with real steps. The beds were huge and comfy! We saw porpoises and a herron every morning from our balcony. The beach is an easy walk down the nice boardwalk. We stayed from August 4th through the 7th and we were one of two families in the entire building. It felt like a private beach at times. As others mentioned in the reviews, the public beach access is next door, but it never got too crowded, and there are only about 20 parking spots in that parking lot, so I can't imagine it getting too crowded during peak seasons either. Others also mentioned there is no elevator to this unit. Beside that, it is the perfect stay!

Great location. Beautiful view of the Gulf from the porch. Loved the outdoor furniture and we spent most of our time out there! Condo was clean and had everything we needed (especially the coffee!). Would stay again.

Very nice condo on a quiet beach

I grew up on the coast in Mississippi and have always loved the beach. My career took me to the New Orleans area, but my family always enjoys a great beach vacation!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I had been watching properties come on the market for several years. When we saw Spinnaker B2, we knew this was the one for us! With only 10 units in the complex and the private beach, there are no crowds even during the peak season. We wanted a vacation HOME not just a condo on the beach.

What makes this property unique

We are very excited about our new beach home and want to share it with others who appreciate a quiet retreat while enjoying all of the amenities and conveniences this beautiful vacation destination has to offer!
