Spacious, great location and neighborhood...BUT....

The property is in need of renovation...appliances are old, kitchen is poorly equipped. Bed and bath linens need to be replaced. The outdoor space is nice but the furniture is falling apart...the development is top notch but this house is NOT!!!

First is all, the property was previously listed and professionally managed by Soethbys International and recently by Trump International. All appliances are less than 5 years new , the gourmet granite kitchen is stocked with everything anyone could need. There are multiple sets of sheets and linens available, as well as turn-key maid service, which they never used! Pool furniture was being refurbished, but completely usable. These guests called almost every day because they could not figure out the TV remote control, how to work a thermostat or connect to Wifi, etc. and were extremely messy, requiring a 4 hour deep cleaning. Basically, they were upset because they were told they could not park their ugly , old RV in the driveway and they had to store it offsite, prompting this review. Would NOT rent to them again!!!

My 19 yr old son & I enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room in this fully equipped home and close to everything.
