Great location , great communication with host, house is alittle tired

House has great view of water. Big and roomy for a family. Overall, the house seemed tired - could benefit from new living room furniture, rugs,and a visit from pest control. AC worked great….the host was easy to contact. Kitchen appliances were up to date and appreciated. Loved having toys and books for the toddlers in our group!
