You will have the opportunity to enjoy the mountain and all its activities: skiing, tobogganing, canoeing, kayaking, tree climbing, mountain biking, paragliding.

## Logement
Bright 27m² studio located in the heights of La Clusaz, on the 2nd floor with elevator. It comprises:
- A living room with a sofa bed;
- A mountain corner with 2 single beds;
- A fully-equipped kitchenette;
- A shower room with WC;

A balcony for aperitifs with a view of the slopes.

A ski locker is located in the entrance hall of the building.

Facilities : Dishwasher, TV, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, raclette machine, fondue set, board games, hairdryer, small space heater for the off-season. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

Parking: Some free parking spaces in front of the building.

Childcare: Baby equipment available, please contact us.

- 10 minutes from the Clusaz ice rink;
- 5 minutes by car from the Cret de Merle chairlift;

- 43 minutes by car from the town of Annecy for adventure.

## Emplacement
Known worldwide for its ski area, La Clusaz is a town in Haute Savoie located at the foot of the famous Aravis mountain range. The town offers a breathtaking view of the mountains, including the Mont Blanc. Winter and summer alike, you can recharge your batteries thanks to its nature and its heritage, rich in history. Its ski area is spread over 4 massifs (Balme, Aiguille, Etale and Beauregard), you can wander around as you please, on skis or snowboard in winter, but also on foot or by bike in summer.
