Outdoor gas grill on patio. 12x36 boat slip if you need it, only a few steps from your front door. The condo is within minutes to a variety of great restaurants by land or water as well as shopping, golf and nightlife, and a short drive to Osage Beach! No smoking please, inside or on the patio.

Home Away From Home

The home was clean and everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom! The view was spectacular with incredible sunsets as well. The locations was convenient to the downtown area with souvenir shops and restaurants. It was quiet with no boat noise from the lake. Chris was very helpful in getting us information on a place to launch our boat closest to the Monarch. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

This condo was very spacious and clean. Location was great. Right around corner from elevators. Unfortunately my car was towed because the parking was full with a huge truck blocking the way. 300 later, I got my car back. Other than that, our stay was awesome!

This condo was perfect for our family get together. It easily accommodated the 6 adults we had in our group with plenty of room. The deck was so nice to sit out on and enjoy the view of the lake. I highly recommend this property for your visit to the Lake of the Ozarks!
