The shore line is all sand bottom and perfect for swimming (water shoes are a plus). On a beautiful road for taking walks or bike rides. There are a few places to hangout including a private tiki bar! Two bedroom, Master King, Bedroom Queen, 2 full baths, Large living room has full size futon, sleeps 2, Sectional sofa could also act as sleeping for 1 or 2, Roll a way single available as well, Full kitchen, Central Air. Lake Winnebago, a private dock, tiki bar, grill, lakeside bar and road side patio with outdoor couch to watch the sun go down. Outdoor enclosed fire pit. There are also two local friendly bar and grills half a mile down the road. Vinland Still and Grill and Payne's Point Bar and Grill. Hanks liquor store and bait shop. Fishing equipment upon request. Canoe and Kayaks. Also there is a public boat landing a mile down the road. In the winter the bay is great for many winter activities! Ice fishing, skating, walks, cross country skiing, and sturgeon spearing! The main snowmobile trail is right out front and can also be accessed lake side. Weekend Breakfast upon request. Additional charge. We also do boat rides on our Tritoon for 100 dollars an hour, please ask for more details. There is also boat rentals at Sweetwater Performance in Oshkosh. Passed 6 guest sleeping over night we charge an extra 50 dollars a person per night.

We will be back!! Mark next door was a wonderful host. We loved our pontoon ride and the hospitality. Had such a fun bachelorette weekend. Amenities, the view, the house. Everything was worth it!

Best 4th of July!!!

Let me start off with the wow! The property was perfect Inside and out. The views are worth moving up there for good. Max and his family were gracious hosts. Anything I could ask for was already thought of. His father Mark was around when we needed him. I’d go back in a heart beat for the property but more so to get to chat with Mark a little more lol. What a wonderful host. I visited on the Fourth of July weekend. I went with my fiancé and our dog Zoe(Akita) We were accompanied by my friend and his wife plus 4 kids. Needless to say it was a packed house lol. Still enough room for all of us. Our dog never been in the water before and dreads baths lol. She Was swimming most of the weekend or boogey boarding lol. She’s a natural like her mama hehe. My buddy’s kids were in the water the whole weekend. We had to bribe them to get out at times lol. His oldest went on a kayak for the first and loved it. The other two little ones were on the boogey boards preparing for their chance one year to try kayaking. I see us going every summer to this exact spot because of such a great memory we will forever have. I strongly recommend everyone to visit this place not just for the place itself but for the experience. When u get a chance to talk to Mark make sure you give him a cheers on his yeti cup from James in Chicago. “ we came as strangers and leave as friends” Til we meet again. Stay safe and healthy.

Relaxing well maintained House on the Lake

This is a great spot to get away and relax by the lake. Owners are very pleasant , the property is well maintained and great for a weekend getaway .

Never Had to Leave

The property was fantastic. We booked it for a girls weekend. Since were still in Covid not everyone was comfortable going to any restaurants, but we honestly never even wanted to leave. This place has everything you could want for a relaxing weekend. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and tiki bar. The place was stocked with everything you could need and then some. Looking forward to our next girls trip here!

Great setting for a girls weekend

Property was perfection for a girls weekend! Beautiful sunset/sunrise views, gorgeous waterfront and all the comforts to guarantee a relaxed stay. Hot tub was freshly cleaned and we took full advantage. Mark and Kimmy (next door) were fantastic-- helped when we needed it and provided lots of laughs. We all agree we would stay here again!

Wonderful place

It was a great place to stay for the four of us to base our ice fishing adventures. Too bad the fishing was no where near as good as the house. It was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was a nice treat after being on the ice all day. Thanks.

Great house! Mark and Kimmie are fantastic hosts! Excellent communication with every question we had. Plenty of space for six adults. We want to return in the summer.

Our son is 3 and we try and expose him to all the tools and teach him how to be an American craftsman. We enjoying doing outdoor activities. Love splitting wood and enjoying a good camp fire in our backyard.
