Fabulous 1st floor of villa near Deshaies. Fabulous view of the sunsets every evening. Nicely equipped. However, loose shower rack that needs fixing. Philippe was kind and welcoming as a host. Very steep driveway up to the house, but we managed without problems. You can walk down to town but I would not want to hike back up into the hills on foot. Overall very positive stay.

Best sunsets in the Caribbean!

Great place to stay. Philippe, the host was kind and responsive to our requsts. Even drove halfway around the island to get us coffee filters. Be sure to get a car though, as even though my wife and I did walk to and from the villa into town a couple of times, it is a steep trek! There are no taxis in Drshaies

Très bon séjour, emplacement idéal, a promixite du port, de la plage et des sites de visite. Haut de villa confortable avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Petits détails à améliorer : manque de vaisselle, oreiller a changer et porte de douche qui ne ferme pas très bien mais rien de grave qui ne gâche en aucun cas le séjour. Nous avons adoré notre séjour La Marguerite. Philippe notre hôte nous a reçu tel que convenu avec une très belle gentillesse. L'emplacement est fantastique avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Deshaies. Tout les accessoires pour la plage étaient présents et tres pratiques. Je recommande fortement cette villa.

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben und wie gewünscht. 2 Wochen Entspannung pur, nach schweren Wochen. Zwar etwas abgelegen und zu Fuß ein bisschen eine Herausforderung bei Temperaturen von 30 plus. Die Ruhe war es wert. Die Sonnenuntergänge spektakulär. Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Somit war erholsamer Schlaf garantiert. Philippe sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.

Vacances reussies!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location!Grand balcon aire ouverte, air climatisé dans les chambres, laveuse a linge et lave vaissell localisation sur l'île, communication avec l'hôte, chaises de plage, glacière, bbq tout ca etait pratique.C'est montagneux alors marche aux alantours pour sportif ;-)Je recommanderais à mes amis. Ce n'est pas un endroit luxueux ou neuf mais bien entretenu et chaleureux!

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderbarem Ausblick und dem Gefühl von Regenwald

Das ist der beste Teil von Guadeloupe und für Ausflüge in die Natur und an die schönsten Strände bestens geeignet. Nach einer steilen Anfahrt kann man über Deshaies zum Meer sehen.

Séjour très agréable chez Philippe qui a su nous accueillir avec gentillesse et qui a tout fait pour nous permettre de passer un magnifique séjour en Guadeloupe, avec beaucoup de flexibilité et de disponibilité. très bon séjour belle maison avec vue sur la mer

Nous y sommes restés 4 jours, Philippe le propriétaire est très sympa. La maison est spacieuse et agréable, on adore la vue sur la mer. La maison se situe entourer d'une forêt tropical, dans les hauteurs. Petite parenthèse, penser à réparer la lumière dans la salle de bain pour le confort des hôtes ;-) merci

Super logement avec une vue très agréable!!!

Le logement est grand, fonctionnel.La grande terrasse est au final le lieu de vie pour tout le séjour!!! La vie exceptionnelle, les oiseaux qui font l’animation et le hamac que notre fils n’a pas quitté ont vraiment fait de notre séjour un moment très agréable. Philippe nous a fait un accueil parfait et nous a nourrie des fruits du jardin pendant le séjour. Très disponible, il est toujours de bon conseil et très sympathique.

Comme dit dans le titre nous avons un séjour fantastique dans ce logement . Philippe était présent dès notre arrivée pour nous présenter le logement , logement qui ne manque d’absolument rien , Une vue à couper le souffle ! Philippe nous a même proposer de nous ramener des fruits de son jardin si ils y en avait , mais ce n’était malheureusement pas le cas . Pour synthétiser : hôte parfait , logement idéalement placer avec tout le nécessaire , nous recommandons à 200% !

Séjour exotique agréable

Séjour de 70 jours ayant paru très court tant il fut agréable. Logement confortable sur les hauteurs de «Déhé» avec une salle de séjour avec TV intelligente, une cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner, une terrasse à l'arrière donnant sur la montagne et une autre très grande offrant une vue splendide sur la mer, Nos hôtes, Philippe et sa mère Ghyslaine, en plus de nous amener visiter l'endroit où ils ont passé leur jeunesse nous ont fait connaître de multiples fruits, légumes et aromates typiques de la Guadeloupe et cueillis sur leur propriété (corrosol, carambole, abricot pays, tamarrin, amandes, papayes vertes et oranges, maracuja, piment végétarien, bois d'Inde etc) en plus de nous fournir des fleurs à profusion pour en faire de magnifiques bouquets ( oiseaux du paradis, alpinias rouges ou roses, baliziers, etc) ou des fleurs d'atouca pour en faire des infusions. Nous avons pris plaisir à nous procurer des poissons frais directement des pêcheurs au marché du port de Baille Argent ou du succulent boudin créole encore chaud le dimanche matin au rond-point de la plage de Grande anse. Les belles plages de Grande Anse et La Perle sont à quelques minutes de voiture. Une voiture me semble essentielle d'ailleurs pour pouvoir se rendre soit au bourg de Deshaies, aux plages, aux restaurant, à l'épicerie ou ailleurs, d'autant plus que la région est accidentée et les pentes sont raides. Endroit à conseiller fortement.
