This 2- bedroom, 2- bathroom condo is PERFECT for your next vacation to Panama City Beach! Located on the 5th floor, you have amazing, wide- open ocean views with all the comforts of home. Step in and enjoy the open layout, which allows for tons of natural light to pour in. Enter into the property and step into the kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counters and is fully stocked with all of the small appliances, utensils and linens you need. Enjoy your morning coffee from the Keurig right at the kitchen bar, or head out to your private balcony and enjoy the sunrise over the Gulf Coast waters. You can enjoy a sit- down dinner with everyone at the dining table, which seats six. There is even a full dining set on the balcony to enjoy breakfast or just relax with a sunset cocktail. The living area features ample seating and a large, flat- screen TV, which is perfect for movie nights.

The Master Bedroom features a KING bed, with modern décor and its own ocean views. You can step straight onto the balcony and feel the ocean breeze! There is an en suite bathroom with a large vanity and a tiled, walk- in shower with glass door. There is a TV in this room as well, making it a true, relaxing retreat from a long day at the beach. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, with plenty of storage, its own flat screen TV and its own en suite bathroom, which has a tub/ shower combination. A new Queen sleeper sofa is available in the living area if needed.

There are so many lovely touches in the property, it makes going on vacation easy! A washer and dryer are located in the property for your convenience, vinyl and tile floors throughout, and all the fun of the beach is right outside your door. One set of beach chairs is included in this rental for the 2025 season.

Ocean Villas is a 23-story condominium resort offering stunning views of the beautiful emerald waters and amazing sunsets of Panama City Beach from every condo and their private balcony. Centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach, it is just a short distance from shopping, dining, entertainment and all of the local, favorite beach hang-outs. Spend your days relaxing by the ocean and then head to Pier Park, Panama City's Premier shopping and entertainment area, for dinner and a movie. The Resort amenities include a beach side pool, indoor/ outdoor heated pool, sundeck, hot tub, sauna, on-site fitness center and gas grills. For your convenience, we have covered parking as well. Garage clearance is 8 feet 4 inches.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

This condo is exactly as described. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are SO comfortable. Plenty of nice towels and wash cloths too. The balcony is huge with great views. Very close to many good restaurants.

We rented this condo for bike week and was not disappointed. Beach out back and motorcycles out front. Everything was as listed and the property was very nice and clean. Would have liked to have extra towels for the amount of people but we made do.... would stay here again
