Erholsamer Urlaub ohne Silvestergeböller

Die kleine Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Feriendorf, von hier aus fĂŒhrt ein wunderschöner DĂŒnenwanderweg direkt ans Meer. Wir (drei Erwachsene, drei Hunde) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Abwicklung mit Manon war unkompliziert und freundlich. Den meisten Spaß hatten wir an dem endloslangen Strand. Wer Silvester in aller Ruhe feiern möchte, ist hier definitiv richtig.

Sunset Cottage

Séjour agréable dans ce coin du Cotentin. location au calme et trÚs propre à notre arrivée, trÚs bon contact avec la propriétaire, petite cour, parking pour la voiture juste devant le logement. Cependant, escalier extérieur un peu raide pour accéder au logement avec une enfant en bas ùge. la voiture est indispensable pour aller en ville et sur les plages, logement un peu éloigné à notre avis surtout avec enfant en bas ùge. Mais je confirme que nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez MANON !

Toller Ausblick...

...wenn man aus der TĂŒr tritt! Wunderbare Wege zum Strand von Hattainville und zum Cap (je 20 min Fußweg). Trotz Hochsaison war es eine ruhige Umgebung. Wenn es kĂŒhl wird, heizt der sehr gut ziehende Kaminofen schön ein (LĂŒfter lĂ€uft nur, wenn der Stecker eingesteckt ist). Das Dachgeschoss ist dank zwei Dachfenstern auch bei warmen Wetter sehr gut belĂŒftbar - die Matraze dort durch die durchgehenden Federn fĂŒr zwei Menschen aber etwas unruhig. Die Bettdecken waren bei unserem Besuch sehr groß (2x2 m). Großer KĂŒhlschrank und echtes Gefrierfach erleichtern es, die EinkĂ€ufe vom Markt (Do) gut unterzubringen und immer EiswĂŒrfel fĂŒr den Pastis im Haus zu haben!

Schöne SpÀtsommertage mit 2 Hunden

Habe mit meinen Hunden eine traumhaft schöne Woche in dem kleinen Haus verbracht, wundervolle Lage, alles fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen, zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet, einzige Schwierigkeit ist die sehr steile Treppe die ins Haus fĂŒhrt, nichts fĂŒr Kleinkinder und gebrechliche Menschen, wĂŒrde jederzeit wieder meinen Urlaub dort verbringen. Nettes kleines Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. In der Fereinwohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt: Einfach, aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Die HĂ€uschen in der Siedlung sind sehr sĂŒĂŸ, die Lage angenehm ruhig mit Blick auf Tal und Meer. Über einen Fußweg ist man in 15 Minuten beim Hafen. Leider war einiges nicht ganz sauber und ein gemĂ€hter Rasen im Garten wĂ€re einladender gewesen. Trotzdem sehr nett.

Tolle Lage und Umgebung

Das Kap auf dem die Cottages stehen ist genial um links in Richtung Carteret und um rechts in Richtung DĂŒnen und langen Naturstrand zu laufen. Am herrlichen Strand und in der tollen Natur haben wir uns und unsere Hunde sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das HĂ€uschen in dem wir wohnten liegt in einem Verbund von Cottages zu dem man durch eine Schranke gelangt. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man das Auto kurz vor dem HĂ€uschen auf dem schmalen Weg parken. Von der Ausstattung her fehlte es an nichts, allerdings sind die Wohnutensilien in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise könnte man etwas renovieren und instandsetzen, aber das hat der Vermieter bestimmt bald vor. Hier ins Detail zu gehen wĂ€re ein zu großer Aufwand. Herd und Mikro funktionierten tadellos. Kleiner Flachbildschirm ohne deutsche Programme war vorhanden. Trotz der kleinen MĂ€ngel haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Danke an den Vermieter dass wir kurzerhand einen zweiten Hund mitbringen durften.

propriété ne convient pas aux personnes ayant des difficultés à monter les marches, la chambre mansardée à notre avis ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants , laisser cette chambre aux plus ùgées car pas de protection au niveau de l'escalier

En ligne la properitie a presente comme une maison avec deux etages. Apres l’arrivee on a decouvert c’etait une maisonette au premier etage avec un escalier. Il fallait monter et decendre tout le temps pour entrer dans le jardin.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Parkanlage. DĂŒnen direkt vor der HaustĂŒr, das Meer in Sichtweite. Die StrĂ€nde sind endlos weit, besonders bei Ebbe, und die phantastisch hohen DĂŒnen reichen weit bis ins Inland. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet. GemĂŒtlich ist der Schlafbereich im Dachstuhl. Morgens scheint die Sonne auf den FrĂŒhstĂŒckstisch. Der kleine Garten ist eine echte Bereicherung. Laßt euch nicht von dem Aufmacherfoto irritieren. In der RealitĂ€t sieht das Haus schöner aus.

Kleine und praktische FeWo mit Garten in atemberaubender Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist klein und charmant und liegt in einem Feriendorf, das bereits seit vielen Jahren etabliert ist. Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss, hat jedoch einen Garten mit Möblierung: 3 StĂŒhle und 2 LiegestĂŒhle und einen Grill. Der Aufbewahrungsraum ist jedoch sehr klein und es ist schwierig, alles heraus- und wieder hinein zu bekommen. Im Inneren sind die RĂ€ume klein und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig, es gibt 2 Betten, ca. 1,40m breit. Die Dachkammer ist als Schlafempore ausgebaut, die Treppe ist fĂŒr kleine Kinder und Menschen mit körperlichen EinschrĂ€nkungen nicht zu empfehlen. Ein wenig sportlich ist es, wenn mehrere Leute die Bad- und WC-TĂŒren benutzen, weil sie ineinanderschlagen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Wir mussten zu Beginn einige KĂŒchen- und Grillutensilien reinigen, es wĂ€re schön gewesen, diese in halbwegs sauberem Zustand vorzufinden. Die Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und es gibt TennisplĂ€tze und einen Basketballplatz. Sogar TennisschlĂ€ger waren in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die TennisplĂ€tze könnten mal wieder eine GeneralĂŒberholung vertragen, um jedoch ein wenig mit den Kindern BĂ€lle ĂŒbers Netz zu spielen, war es in Ordnung. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz in der NĂ€he, die letzten Meter geht man zu Fuß. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ein abendlicher Ausflug in die DĂŒnen oder zum Strand ist jederzeit zu Fuß möglich. Der Ort ist ebenfalls fußlĂ€ufig ĂŒber mehrere Wege erreichbar. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ein guter Tipp fĂŒr alle, die ein gutes Preis-Leistunge-VerhĂ€ltnis suchen und mit wenig Platz auskommen, weil sie ohnehin viel draußen sind.
