The place was very nice and clean. Great location, nice walk to town. The kitchen can be better stocked with bigger baking pans and sharper knives. A few items were missing/broken but the host was prompt in responding.

Fabulous Ocean View

Lovely oceanfront, upper level condo. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are quite small, but it wasn’t a problem for our group. Views of sunsets from the living/dining area were hard to beat.

We were so thrilled with the oceanfront view and the condition of the property. The check in check out was seamless. The sound of the surf was so relaxing! The only negative was the king mattresses were not that comfortable and there was not a tv in every bedroom. At this price point, I would expect a better mattress for a great night’s sleep. I would definitely book again if the mattresses get replaced with a firmer mattress.

Oceanside Beach Condo

The property was amazing. Would stay there again. The property managers responded to my request for fans. There are boogie boards, surf boards, folding chairs and an umbrella in the garage which was very convenient. You can't beat the location quit area of beach, with access to the surf in the late afternoon, and a short walk to the main beach during the day.

Just a little beachside getaway

We live in Florida but I grew up in North San Diego County. I was actually born in Oceanside. When we come out to visit friends and family we really enjoy staying right on the beach. This property checks all the boxes. The view, the layout, that is right on the beach but just a block away from the madness makes it a perfect location. Super clean and the property managers are right on any issue. We did have one, but it was resolved in seconds, literally. Great location and customer service makes for a great vacation, thank you!!! Mother In Laws Birthday

View was absolutely gorgeous but the place itself was not worth the money. Carpet was stained it was the first thing we saw. Furniture was worn out clean looking but the springs the foam under chairs was not supportive and carpet in the bathroom in the second bathroom. One screen was ripped, one window didn't even have a screen the front gate was rusted out didn't lock etc. for the money they just need to invest in the furniture and get rid of the carpet fix the screens etc.

Great Memories for the Whole Family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The property was so very clean and roomy and still had a comfy feel. I especially loved all the space in the kitchen for preparing meals and then soaking in the enormous bathtub in the master bathroom. During our stay we were able to take a long walks along the beach just before sunset. Access to the beach is directly from the common area by carefully walking down the steps made of large rocks. The sunsets were amazing and the sound of the waves at night is the perfect lullaby to sleep. Sitting at the table on the balcony is perfect for coffee in the morning. The living room couch is large enough for the entire family to lay on to watch a movie together in the evenings. We had a great experience from reserving online all the way to check out. We definitely want to stay here again!

The best short vacay!

The condo was exactly as listed and decorated with style. The property managers were in constant contact before and during our stay. We did notice that the front gate code did not work but access was otherwise so smooth and without a hitch that I could not bring myself to bother them. Everything you need is there. We only brought food and water. A few thoughts: the condo gets tons of light and that is a good thing but curtains to block all that light at night might be nice for the rooms. We brought sleep masks. The neighbors had a kitchen fire and a 2am car accident so just be aware that there may be a lot going on around you - our party in the front didn’t even notice for the constant, awesome sound of the breaking waves! Although the ocean is right in front of you (dolphins and surfers and sailboats too) it is a 10 minute walk to the beach which is protected by a strip of rocks so just be prepared for walking over them. Overall we had a fantastic time. We would head back right now if we could. The condo is well maintained and leaves you with nothing be positive vibes and memories. Thank you so much:)

Summer working vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very nice and Beachfront was very responsive until the air conditioning stopped working. The air was not working when we arrived and Beachfront sent out a repairman who fixed it for 4 days. It started not cooling again and and we called Beachfront. They sent their maintenance man who took a air flow reading of 72 degrees from vent - the air was set at 70- and told us it was working. Being from AZ and googling what air flow should be, I knew it should be significantly cooler that the set temp. I intentionally rented for the air from past experiences in CA. The back bedrooms at night would be in the 80s and hard to sleep. After continued attempts to talk to a manager I gave up- If you are getting this place and paying more for air - don't plan on it- BUYER BEWARE

Fantastic stay!

This is about our stay during this time. Your stay could be different from ours. We too have a vacation rental and appreciate honest reviews. Check in process and communication could not have been better. We are very familiar with the Oceanside area so we were very pleased with the location. Most activities, restaurants, breweries etc., are walkable. The house is very large and accommodating which was great for the nine adults and one child in our group. Well equipped for cooking and serving and plenty of towels. Very clean, of course being right on the ocean you can see a few rust spots here and there but that is unpreventable and unavoidable. This did not deter the fact that the place is beautiful! Living room doors that open fully to enjoy the ocean breeze and sound. The ocean is right at your feet, so to speak. The beds were all comfortable and all felt fresh. The garage is tight to park in but it is very clean. We parked on the street as it was easier for us. Pay attention to the parking signs though! I do agree with one review that the kitchen chairs do feel like you are sitting in a bucket but they are still ok to use. One of the outside tables could use some work on it as well as it is very wobbly. Other than those minor things the place is awesome! I would recommend staying here and we are already trying to figure out another stay.

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review, Bret! We're thrilled to hear that you had a fantastic stay and that the check-in process and communication met your expectations. It's great to know that you found the location convenient and enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, especially for your group size. We appreciate your understanding about the rust spots; indeed, being right on the ocean can lead to some unavoidable wear and tear. We took note of your feedback about the kitchen chairs and the wobbly table outside and already addressed them. We're delighted that you're already thinking about another stay with us, and we'd be more than happy to host you again. Beautiful Ocean Views

My issue was no beach we could sit at for miles. Very rocky area. The listing said a beach was close by, we could not find it. Also the firepit had work being done and was closed off. I looked for properties with fire pits so this was very disappointing. The house itself was better then what I thought it would be. The views are unbelieveable.
