The home features a brand new fully-equipped chef’s kitchen, spacious dining room seating 8, living room with a large pull-out sectional and decorative fireplace, front porch, 3 well-appointed bedrooms upstairs with newly renovated bath (high step up into tub). Enjoy the half acre site w/ wild flowers and view of Mill Cove (no water access)

Wonderful place to stay in Maine

Beautiful house, well maintained. Well stocked with all you may need for your stay. Perfect location to explore Boothbay. Easy walk to downtown. Definitely would stay again.

Magical Maine

First time vacation to Maine. 42 West St was perfect for our family of five. Everything was as advertized. House was very comfortable and well stocked. AC worked really well (we had a hot humid week). Perfect distance to town for small children. The host, Stephen, communicated promptly prior to arriving and while we were there. Great host! We all had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Boothbay Harbor Home

My husband and two teenagers and I had a great stay at the house. The living room was inviting and there was plenty of room in the dining room to play games, do puzzles and have meals together. The beds were cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was AMAZING! I don’t usually like being in the kitchen but I did not mind being in this one and it had everything we needed and more. Obviously the bathroom was vintage and we would have loved to have been able to take a bath in the claw foot tub, but the shower part did the trick. Toilet was new and the bathroom was full functional so it was not a big deal, plus it added to the charm of the house. The only minor issue was the driveway which is on a blind turn and cars don’t really slow down. A bit more traffic than I was expecting so I did not use the porch much but that was just a personal preference, some people might not mind. We felt safe and at home at the property and it was very welcoming and Steven was a great host and responsive when we needed to reach out to him. The walk from the house to Boothbay Harbor was a huge bonus because there is so much to do and the views are amazing and we did not have to worry about parking.

Great Stay

This home is wonderfully located within a 5 minute walk to downtown. We walked downtown everyday, to shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, and different excursion meet-up spots. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we could have needed during our week-long stay that included two children.
