Awesome property!!!! Great communication only suggestion is a more thorough list of available kitchen amenities as we brought a lot of our own utensils and pots bowls etc. but needed nothing!!! Which was awesome but could have saved packing space!!!This place is perfect!!!!

House was perfect for our 40th birthday celebration with family. Convenient location on the mohican River. We normally stay at the mohican reservation campground down the road but will definitely be back to this property!

This place was conveniently located on the river. It has a very open floor plan inside with a large yard and two nice fire pits. The home also had a nice size hot tub outside under the deck. Also has a great host. We'll definitely look to rent here again.

The house and property were great, and just as described. Drew kept in touch to make sure everything went well for us. We enjoyed sitting by the river in the morning. Very peaceful. And there were plenty of activities close by including canoe and kayak rentals and quite a lot of hiking trails. Of course, just sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee watching the river flow by was good too.

Wonderful stay! The house was fully stocked and was an amazing gift to my parents for the holidays. Truly enjoyed! Would recommend bringing blankets as the downstairs stays very cold!
