Relax! You're on River Time!

A beautiful 4 bedroom home on the St Joe River! This clean, bright, 3,822 square foot home sits atop a large beautifully landscaped lawn the leads right to the edge of the placid St Joe River!

Large enough to host a large family, retreat, or bridal shower; this house can sleep up to 10 people. The kitchen and laundry room were recently remodeled. The kitchen / breakfast nook are all well equipped to prepare and serve food for your crowd! We have a Pit Boss smoker grill- perfect for smoking up the day’s catch!

The master suite boasts a king-size bed with a private view of the river, a spacious jetted tub, and a view of the lagoons and wildlife from the commode! The other three bedrooms have queen-sized beds with designer bedding.
The living room takes in a serene view of the river as does the breakfast nook.

There is a study nook off the kitchen for quiet reading or games. The furnished patio just off the kitchen looks over the river and is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and watch the kids play!

Speaking of play- we have a paddle board and inflatable kayak! Plus a brand new 1 slip dock with swim ladder!

We are just minutes from lovely Saint Maries, Idaho with boutiques and farmer's market on Fridays.

Had a family gathering, the house was very large, clean, and comfortable. We brought our boat and enjoyed time on the water. The owners were very responsive prior to our stay. We will definitely be back.

The best place to stay for miles around.

Beautiful spot on the river with comfortable beds and everything we could possibly need while staying for 3 weeks. The first week with our kids and grand kids. The other two weeks with friends. Everyone loved everything about the house and location on the river and close to town. Syrie was very friendly and answered all our questions right away. We all hope to come back.

Great for families

We had a wonderful time here with our family! The location on the river was so beautiful. The lawn was large and so fun for the kids. The dock was so nice! It was great for our boat, kayaks and swimming. It also had a swim ladder which was perfect. The house was very well stocked with plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchen was great. Friends at the River

We had a great time at this property! 4 couples and 2 newborns and there was PLENTY of room for all of us. The house was actually much larger than it appeared on the listing and very clean. We enjoyed the large lawn area and the new dock! Would not hesitate to return again.

Family time on the river

The house and property were about perfect for our large group. The dock made access to the river easy as we paddle boarded every day. The kitchen was well stocked, but we decided to use paper plates for most our our meals. There is an almost new pellet grill that we used a few times and made some incredible burgers.

Great vacation at St. Maries, idaho

Our family had a great time vacationing at this home. The home was comfortable,homey and just right for our group. We rented a boat for a couple days and the dock was perfect for fishing and swimming. It was Paul Bunyan Days in St. Maries which culminated with beautiful fireworks that we could see from the front yard! Syrie was very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay again. Blissful river palace

This large and extemely well presented house was perfect for our family and friends. It had a great dock on the St. Joe river, which was terrific for boating, floating, swimming and fishing. A large lawn was excellent for ball sports, and there was even a kayak and paddle board. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, appliances and staples. The smoker was fabulous for smoking meat and fish. The 2 mile road to the house is great for morning walks and jogging. Excellent grocery store 5 miles away in Ste. Maries.

We are what they call "middle-aged" whatever that is! Parents of 6 children and business owners, we are moving into the pre-retirement phase! We bought this property as an additional investment, family retreat, and someday, our retirement home. For now- we want to share this little corner of paradise on the Joe with you!

Why they chose this property

There is just something about "The Joe." There is a peace and serenity here that soothes the weary soul. This house is situated perfectly to enjoy the scenery, the water, and the bald eagles across the river!

What makes this property unique

Besides its gorgeous situation overlooking the Joe, this is a lovely house! It has a floor plan that allows both gathering spaces and private spaces. The beds and most of the furniture all new! It is a lovely and relaxing place to be!
