Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples' getaway, girls' trip, or golf weekend, you'll have everything you need to relax and enjoy the Emerald Coast.

Primary Bedroom Features- KING bed, TV, double vanity, walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, and patio access.

Spare Bedroom features- KING Bed, TV, closet, private entrance to guest bathroom including double vanity, a newly tiled tub/shower.

Living room features NEW double sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

With two full bathrooms, everyone has plenty of space to get ready for a day at the beach or an evening out in Destin.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR AN EASY STAY

Owner provides toiletries--FULL SIZE Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash. As well as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing and clothes detergent.

Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer right inside the home, making longer stays and beach vacations that much easier.
And don't worry about packing your entire garage for the beach — we've got some of the essentials covered!

My husband and me fell in love with Destin years ago and decided to purchase our second home in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. We choose this resort because it offered so many amenties for our family and guest. It is very secure, sidewalks throughout the property and just a fun place to vacation.

Why they chose this property

This property is professionally decorated, very upscale but offers the comfort of home. I have many guest come back year after year because they enjoy the location, it is very clean, and I offer different amenties that the typical rental does not. You will fall in love with my condo just like I did and want to return each year.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with my condo because of the floor plan which has split bedrooms, ideal for guest you may travel with, children or in-laws. Great location, near the beach and first floor on golf course. You will love it too! During my peak season which is March 9, 2020 until August 8, 2020 I only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
