The property was perfectly sized for my wife and I and just a short walk to the beach. It had a great location to restaurants and bars, within walking distance. We also felt safe with a front entry gate and a rear man gate. We will be back in the future.

It was very clean. We loved how close it was to the beach and having a pool was great when the beach got too hot. Perfect for a weekend away. Shopping, pier, restaurants and bars all within 10 min walking distance.

The condo was spotlessly clean. The host went above and beyond by leaving us a bottle of wine to greet us when we arrived. There were several very thoughtful touches, such as a splatter cover for the microwave, which hadn't been in any of our recent rentals.The beach view was amazing, and the bed very comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay on Jacksonville beach.

Closet is mostly for beach chairs and blankets, but we do have a dresser for storing clothing.

Forgot your beach chairs? Don't worry, we provide them as well!

Hosts provide Roku TV with YouTube TV for local channels

HOA does NOT allow pets on the property at all. There are no exceptions.

All outdoor areas are shared. Laundry room is shared and will cost money.
