The property is accessed through a private staircase that opens onto a living room with combined dining and kitchen area, having 3 spacious bedrooms that sleeps 6 people and an extra fold-able bed and a full bathroom with towels. The stairs lead further up to a washroom and roof terrace. In the terrace is permitted to smoke.
