Chalet located in a quiet hamlet of Murat-le-Quaire in Auvergne, 2 km from La Bourboule and 7 km from Mont Dore.

South-facing terrace with a magnificent, unobstructed view of the La Bourboule valley.

Many activities nearby: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, hiking, water park, Grands Thermes, Casino, Parc Fenestre …

Two sunny terraces, one measuring 18 m² and the other 15 m². The terrace in front of the entrance and the steps leading up to the chalet must be cleared of snow daily for your safety.

Ground floor:
- large living area with a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), dining table, and sitting area with TV
- bathroom with toilet

Ground floor:
- an 11 m² bedroom for two people with a 140x190 bed, baby bed
- a 9 m² room for 3 people with a bunk bed (bottom: 140x190, top: 90x190)
- pillows and comforters provided
- toilet

Parking at the bottom of the chalet under an open shelter (for one vehicle).
Access via stairs.
Storage room for skis, bicycles, and strollers.
