We had a great time here. Rental was a spacious 1 bedroom with a ton of closet space and drawers to put away our clothing. Both the king bed and queen Murphy beds were comfortable. You can’t beat the location where you’re steps away from dropping kids off at ski school and heading up on Payday or Crescent lifts. We even got a kick out of the fridge. They were drawers built into the kitchen and all our groceries fit just fine there too. Would absolutely stay again!
We stayed here towards the end of January. First off, the host, Chris, was fantastic! He responded to all of our questions very quickly and was super helpful. The condo was fantastic -exactly what we wanted. The unit was spacious for the two of us and well-equipped. You cannot beat the location. Steps away from the base! A small market close by was helpful with a larger grocery store just a short Uber ride away. Loved the view, the restaurants and of course great skiing! Hope to stay here again for future trips!
Had a little trouble finding it our first night. Condo was ok. Could use a few updates, but anything negative in my comments are heavily outweighed by the location. Not sure I could have been any closer to the slopes. Perfect if you are there only to ski/board.
First time at PC so really wasn’t sure where to stay. Found the unit from the very high ratings. Stayed at the property for a long weekend with my teen. Location could not be better. Truly ski in/out. Exactly what we wanted. The unit was clean. Larger than it looks in photos. It’s 1 bedroom and 2 full baths which is unique and so even though my teen used the Murphy bed he had his own large bathroom. We really enjoyed the unit for the space, cleanliness and location. Also worth mentioning that the host Chris is incredibly responsive and helpful. Great stay all around. Would stay there again.
Stayed here for 5 days with my wife. Literally 1 min walk to the slopes. Place was clean and tidy. Fully furnished as described. Would def stay here again.
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The condo was spacious and clean. It’s right by the ski lift and so convenient.
Initially it was difficult to find the building because the address was not listed on the building or the parking structure. It turned out that we should be in building A. I wish it was specified in the instructions.
The host Chris was very nice and helpful via texts.
There was this weird noise at night. It sounded like water leaking or dripping from the bedroom ceiling from time to time…
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would like to stay here again.

Disliked: Amenities
Poor directions to get there
Terrible parking conditions
One you walk up with luggage up several stairs from the building next door the access is great to ski in ski out.
You cannot beat location if you want convenience for skiing. At night there is not much going on but very easy to take free shuttle to Main Street for dinner or shopping. It’s not even a bad walk. Unit itself is very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Chris was a very responsive host. We would book again.
We have stayed at the mountain lodge before never the loft. We lived the ski in ski out literally the ski rental aloha right there and out the door to ski school made it supper easy! Only complaint no hot tub but loved having 2 full bathroom. If they put in a jacuzzi tub we would stay there again
This unit is about a fifty steps to the slopes and felt bigger than the photos. Clean and while we didn't end up using the parking nice to have that convenience as well. Chris communicates well and was easy to get a hold of if needed. We will definitely come back.
Great location and place. The address that was given brings you to the building next door, so our locating the room was tough. A local had to help and he was even confused a bit. I feel like if we would have been given the name of the place, The lodge at Mountain Village, it would have made it easier (there was a sign out front of building).
Other than that issue, everything else was great. Lifts and restaurants were walking distance. Or you could walk or catch the local bus (free) to Main St (short drive) for lots more options! The unit was perfect. Lots of room for a 1 bedroom (Although you have 2 beds) everything was laid out perfectly. Got to watch the kids ski school right from the balcony. Will definitely stay there again!
You cannot beat this location! Accommodations were perfect for my family of 4. I can’t stress enough that you will be amazed by the location and ease of access to everything. One practical clarification on laundry. It is a single washer/dryer on the floor above you. Payment and cycle status are handled through an app which makes it a little convenient (you can see minutes left on your phone). Don’t pack assuming you are going to do laundry every day bc it’s not that simple. Fortunately, there aren’t too many units to share with and neighbors were courteous of time and the lint trap :) The accommodations are really great. The carpet is nice, the sofa and beds are comfortable, the kitchen has plenty of space for the groceries that are easy to obtain. I hope to go back again and again. Oh, and communication with the property management was tops! Thank you for your responsiveness to my questions!
Overall, the place was perfect. Chris was amazing with communication. I texted him about a few things and he got back to me right away. Like everyone says, it is hard to find the place, but Chris was very helpful when I texted him that we were lost! When you are looking for the unit, just find the ticket office and find the outdoor hallway and the elevator is at the end.The unit is right next the ticket office and slopes.
Location was incredible. Our kids (4 and 6) were in ski school which was right out of our window. It was a little difficult to find the unit on arrival but otherwise was awesome. Ski in ski out was our main requirement with the littles and it was a perfect location. No trouble parking and plenty of space for our family!
We had a great time in Park City and our stay contributed to that. The unit was just as described and clean. The location couldn't be any closer to lifts. There is a rental shop literally below the unit which made picking up/dropping off gear so easy. We had a slight hiccup with the electronic door lock where we could not get in during our stay(this was due to our kiddos pushing buttons and resetting the code somehow). However, we called Mark who answered right away and reset the code for us while on the phone. He was a great host! We would definitely stay here again.
Overall my husband and I enjoyed staying at this property. Chris was great to work with! My biggest complaint is the property is difficult to find/access with all of our equipment, luggage, groceries, etc. Be aware that the address listed is not the correct address.
We enjoyed our stay very much! Location was definitely the best part of this rental. We could walk on/off the slopes and to the lifts in less than 5 min. Also our boards and equipment rentals were located right below the property. Minor flaws are that the location of the rental is difficult to find once arriving to the resort. We had to ask multiple people to find the right staircase/set of elevators. Also it was a little dirty. Bathroom shower and sinks weren’t cleaned and there was food in the couch cushions and the kitchen counter had something really sticky all over it that I tried to clean off multiple times. However, overall we would definitely stay here again!
Perfect location and a great spot. Communication was excellent and I would stay here again
