Quite, Calm & Relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Relocating from New Orleans to the Central Coast and this temporary home was amazing. The views unbelievable, and the proximity to the beach was amazing. The place was well decorated, quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity to do it again. Had a problem with the door code a couple of times but other than that everything was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Delightfully perched overlooking Avila Beach, Summer Delight couldn't be more aptly named. The beds were comfy, all manner of necessities were provided for use in the kitchen. The washer/dryer combo was a winner as well. I will mention there's no dishwasher, but that was no issue for me. When the batteries died on the door lock, I was met immediately by someone who changed them out and made sure my ice cream didn't melt! I will be coming back for sure next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent the last week of August and all of September in Avila. The unit was ideal for this period of time. Nice view, easy walk to down town. The unit was clean and well maintained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My young adult daughter and I stayed over the winter holidays. The unit is beautiful, very comfortable, well-stocked, clean and excellently located. Avila is very low key and charming...away from the crowds of Pismo, but with easy access to all the attractions of the central coast. The view from the living room and deck is beautiful all day long. It is an excellent property! I'd be happy to stay again!
