Light open floor plan, fully furnished and newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath main floor condominium. Tile floors in bathrooms and kitchen and wood laminate throughout the remainder of the unit. Both bathrooms renovated to spa quality. One bathroom with a soaker tub and the other bathroom has a smooth floor walk-in shower and barn-door style glass enclosure with a teakwood shower bench. Both bedrooms host large walk-in closets. The Master bedroom and main living room include large wall-mounted flat-screen smart TVs. Fast Wifi. Each room has its own HEPA filter and the entire house is filtered with an MPR1500 allergen filter. Wood floors swept daily by a Roomba robo-vacuum! Chilled & heated bottled water dispenser. In-unit Washer & Dryer.
This home is safely located on the ground level with no stairs. Beautifully landscaped grounds. The front door is just a few shorts steps away from the temperature-controlled community swimming pool, hot-tub & grilling area. iIncludes covered parking space, plus guest parking.
**Recent Change** Master bedroom has been upgraded to a King Bed, with flippable mattress options. The Layla Hybrid Mattress has a plush side and a flippable firm side. The spare bedroom now has a queen bed.

Wonderful Mesa getaway!

Exceeded expectations. Extremely clean and felt very safe during this global pandemic. Wonderful heated pool and a soothing hot tub after our many hikes. Thoughtful and appreciated extras with a daily Roomba vacuum, timed on/off candles and salt lamps, auto night lights, purified water machine and air purifiers. Three flat screen TVs a bonus. The owners are very accommodating and super responsive to every and any thing we needed. Thanks so much for everything! Lois and Barb

Perfect Rental

I don’t think I’ve ever used the term ‘perfect rental’ before, but this truly is. The owners have put so much love and care into making their condo a home away from home. Their cleaning standards are second to none. It is stocked with everything you need to live in comfort without heading straight to the store. The furniture is super comfortable and the ambiance is warm and cozy. Located in a quiet and well kept community, the condo is convenient to the 202 and 60 expressways. Did I mention that the pool and hot tub are steps from the front door? There is a reserved, covered parking spot which is invaluable in the AZ heat. Finally, the owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are always available should the need arise. If you are looking for a two bedroom rental, look no further. You can’t get a better unit for the price. We will definitely return.

Excellent

The property was beautiful. Adam and Fi were the best. They were there in a flash with anything we needed, which was hardly anything. The cleanliness was impeckable. Adam was always making sure if there was anything he could do and asking for any improvements which there were none. This was our first experience doing VRBO and it was the best. I will recommend this location to everyone.
