We absolutely loved this property! The location was perfect and the golf cart made getting around so easy. The neighborhood pool was huge and my kids loved hanging out there as a switch up to the beach. The beach was close(short drive with the golf cart) and it was absolutely beautiful! We will definitely stay here again!

Quick drive to the beach. Pool is excellent and house is roomy. We enjoyed our stay and Jacob is an excellent host. Very responsive. Would highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our multi family stay. It’s convenient to the beach and the included golf cart made getting to the beach easier, more fun and much less sandy for the cars. Jacob was extremely communicative and helpful with any issues we had even got us a new golf cart on short notice to use when ours had issues. Everything was wonderful!

Amazing place-awesome neighborhood pool (best around) great community and location! Jacob was wonderful with communication. Only 3 cars are able to be there - which was fine for us, but having more than three cars could be problematic because they don’t allow parking in the cul-de-sac or at the Pool community.For what we used it for I give this place a five star

This house worked perfectly for our family. It was so close to the beach and some amazing restaurants! Host was so communicative and even threw out some ideas for entertainment and dining. The beds were really comfortable which is usually a big issue with rentals!! The 6 person golf cart was a huge bonus as we used it all the time to go into town and the beach! I would highly recommend this house!!

The house was perfect for our family. Every sleeping area has its own bathroom which was really nice. There was plenty of seating in the living room and we loved having the pool table in the living room area so people could play and still be a part of the other activities that were going on. The golf cart was a convenient way to get to and from the beach and pool. There are lots of decks off the house on the various levels but it was too hot for us to enjoy sitting outside that much. We had an infant with us and there was a highchair and 2 pack-n-plays that really made things easier. Jacob was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was so friendly.

The house and the town were beautiful! We had a great vacation enjoying the awesome pool and the beach so close by. The golf cart made the trip to the beach easy and fun!

Absolutely Fantastic Stay! The pool was amazing (super large, never crowded and very clean restrooms, By having a pool table right in the living room made the house so much fun for everyone. The farmhouse kitchen table was great for eating and playing games (some are provided). The golf cart was an added bonus and made getting around so easy (we explored many places on 30A). The beds was incredibly compfortable and the temperature in the house was just right the entire time. This was the first mutli-level floor VRBO that we have stayed in that the upper floors were pleasant to sleep in. Also, the baby items were very useful and we were completely comfortable using them because they were in great condition. Parking three cars with the golf cart was a bit tricky but not much could be done to improve these considering the property is on a cul da sac. The owner's communication was absolutely spot-on - responsive, helpful and made everything so easy from start to finish. We had the pleasure of meeting him when he stopped to check on us. There were a couple of minor hickups but they were immediately addressed. We couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. Highly recommend this property - you won't regret booking it!

Great place to stay. Wish it had been a bit warmer to enjoy the beautiful resort style pool. Quiet neighborhood, golf cart was a huge plus, beach was just a short cart ride away. Great communication from the host. Plenty of space in the home. Welcome package was great. Only complaint is the high cleaning fee, as we are pretty clean people and left the place pretty spotless in our opinion other than the sheets and towels. But the house was very clean when we checked in. Go Irish! Thanks Jake.
