Charming house located in the picturesque village of Agel, next to the Château. Spacious, the house is equipped with a large modern kitchen, comfortable double beds, internet and smart TV. The bathrooms are modern and complete with shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet.

You'll fall under the spell of the roof terrace with its magnificent east-facing view, perfect for watching the stars and sunrise. The bedroom adjoining the terrace is air-conditioned, as is the kitchen. All rooms are heated.

The village of Agel lies at the foot of the Montagne Noire, in the midst of vineyards. You can visit the L'Oulibo olive grove in Bize-Minervois to discover the orchards and make oil. Close to forests, the Bois Communal de Pardaihan, the Canal du Midi, historic towns such as Minerve (20 minutes), Narbonne (30 minutes), and Carcassonne (45 minutes) you'll also find plenty of trails perfect for hiking and biking as well as a swimming pool on the banks of the Cesse at Bize-Minervois. It's a 45-minute drive to the beaches of the Mediterranean..

The Montagne Noire is a mountain range in south-central France. It lies at the south-western end of the Massif Central.Its highest point, the Pic de Nore, at 1,210 meters, is in the Haut-Languedoc regional nature park, an hour's drive away.

Endroit perdu en pleine nature dans un tout petit village. Très sympathique et reposant. Magnifiques promenades dans la région (à pied et en vélo). Maison ne convient pas pour des enfants de moins de 4 ans (escaliers très raides)

I am so glad you enjoyed our vacation home. We love our ancient village and its proximity to the mountains and valleys of the Hérault and the Aude, as well as nearby historic sites and the wonderful food! It is indeed necessary to have a car to reach the various UNESCO sites.

Charmante maison, propre et confortable ! Nous avons simplement regretté que la Cesse soit asséchée, nous obligeant ainsi à prendre la voiture pour la moindre activité , mais nous aurions pu nous en douter en venant à cette saison ! Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil !

très bon séjour

Séjour très agréable. Très bonne situation géographique. Très belle région et un accueil chaleureux de la part de tous les locaux. Maison très bien équipée. Bons conseils de la part de Rob. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de commerce dans ce si beau village. Un parasol aurait été apprécié afin de profiter au maximum de la terrasse. Merci pour tout

Je vois que je n'ai pas répondu à vos très gentils mots. L'été dernier, c'était notre première année, alors merci pour votre commentaire ! Nous sommes à la recherche d'un parapluie avec un long mât. Nous n'avions pas réalisé à quel point il serait difficile d'en trouver un, même auprès de l'entreprise à laquelle nous avons acheté la table haute !
