Beautiful Indian Lake with canal leading to Crystal River and the Ocean.

This 3 bedroom house with terrazzo floors has a wonderful view of Indian Lake from the living room and dining room/sunroom with 2 sets of glass sliding doors. Separated bathrooms make it perfect for early risers to sit and have their first cup of coffee while everyone else sleeps. Wooden Dock for fishing and docking your boat. All the conveniences of home are provided. Boat ramp (required to pay a fee) 100 yards away. My backyard is a breeding area for Manatee's so we ask that you are careful with the speed of boats.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Place trash in bag in can with lid on it outside, return kayak, canoe & paddleboat & secure.
Place dishes in dishwasher, run. Hang wet towels up and turn AC unit off. Absolutely no cleaning fish inside.
