About this property
Private Apartment in a beautiful home
This private, apartment in my house w/ separate entry is perfect for all of your travel & work needs. It is located in a beautiful, walk able country club neighborhood and is safe and quiet. Walking distance to coffee shop and restaurants. Close drive to retail and to major road systems. Suited for solo travelers and business travelers. This unit does not have a full kitchen. There is refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave but not a stove or oven. The entrance is in the back of the house and is three steps down and then a sloping sidewalk to your entrance. Easy walk for someone who is healthy. I will be back and forth to Florida so you will have privacy during your stay but I will not be able to be on site to shovel snow etc. Therefore snow removal by you may be required and a shovel will be provided.
