About this property

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with maximum privacy. It is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min. from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances. We wash all linens using the 'sanitize' setting. We have received reviews from over 450 guests with an average of 4.91 out of a 5 point scale with another rental company. We are considered "Super Hosts."

Great stay

We had a great stay. The owners were amazing and very responsive. The check in process was simple and we were able to check in a little early. Great location with everything you need close by. I will stay here again if I go back to Omaha.

Fabulous!

Very well kept, nice layout, fresh & comfortable; equally suited for a single or family. The owners were very gracious & there to help with whatever I needed. They take pride in making sure you are comfortable! I hope to stay there again!!

Omaha Apartment

This was a great little place! We enjoyed being able to cook and relax at the end of the long day. It was very comfortable and room for our boys to play. The location is great, there’s a grocery and Starbucks nearby. It’s easy to get to the zoo and other locations. Todd was very friendly and helpful. We’d love to stay again.

Great stay

My husband and I stayed with our young child and spent the week sightseeing in the area. This was a great location, close to main routes across the city. Cozy and quiet, with everything we needed. We felt right at home.

This place is well worth the money!

Quiet stay

Couldn’t get a hold of manager to get key at first but he called back about 30 minutes later. Was very helpful and friendly after that. Great little quiet place. Enjoyed sitting out in the patio in the mornings.

Quick trip

I had a wonderful time in Omaha. This location was great to get to everything I wanted to do. The kitchen was nicely stocked with coffee and any necessities I needed. Would definitely recommend staying.

Great place 20min out of Downtown Omaha

4 of us stayed here, adult and kids ages 15, 12, and 10. Place was clean and spacious. Nice recliner sofa and pull out couch sofa. Owners very easy to work with!

Great Easy Comfortable Stay

Clean, Comfortable Well-situated basement apartment in NW Omaha with gracious hosts. Space was exactly as advertised; well-stocked; bonus HUGE natural yard with large trees and wildlife. All conveniences nearby. Perfect for us, a mature couple, for a 5-day . Will stay again when visiting Omaha.
