Pleasant stay in green area

A pleasant apartment in an excellent location. Very green and relaxing with good running routes nearby and not too far from the beach (though car was needed with young children). Beds were comfortable, children enjoyed the bunkbeds. Swimming pool is only slightly heated, not enjoyable when the weather was not really hot. Although the children's park and tennis courts were dated, they were still useable. No shops within easy walking distance, so a car or bicycle is required for the morning boulangerie trip.

Gebreken: Verstopt toilet */ verkalkt sanitair / schimmel in bad / nauwelijks waterdruk / versleten meubels en matrassen / groot aantal lampen defect, waaronder toiletmeubel / 1 sleuteltje entreedeur / versleten keukeninrichting. *noodgedwonnen gebruik van het toilet van het hotel moeten maken / bomen die bijna het terras op groeien.

Déçu car l’accès à la piscine était interdite et l’accès aux terrains de tennis en mauvaises états et en principe interdits aux locataires des appartements l’accès n’était autorisé qu’aux clients de l’hôtel comme pour la piscine et n’avons pas été informés Appartement impeccable propriétaire très compréhensif Déçu d’abritel car leur ai envoyé un mail et aucun retour de leur part

Annonce mensongère

La location indiquait un accès à la piscine mais en fait le propriétaire avait été prévenu il y a 2 mois que cette année les appartements de la résidence hôtelière n'auraient plus accès à la piscine. Nous avons été déçues car nous avions choisi cet appartement pour la piscine. Les personnes faisant l'accueil devaient nous contacter pour un geste commercial mais en fait aucunes nouvelles. Cette annonce est mensongère et la location est trop chère sans la piscine.
