Our fully updated 1940s cabin sits in Stanley proper and offers a cozy, comfortable home base for exploring the Sawtooth Mountains. The open loft upstairs sleeps up to four guests with a queen bed (new mattress in 2023) and a twin trundle—best suited for families or mixed groups, as the loft is snug for four adults. Downstairs includes a living area, kitchen, and bathroom.
Meadow Creek flows through the property and continues into nearby Valley Creek, a tributary of the Salmon River. You’re just a block from the Nature Preserve for fishing, and an easy walk or bike ride to town. The cabin is located along Highway 21 for convenient access, and some road noise is audible at times. The setting is quiet otherwise, with big mountain views and a relaxed, small-town feel.
Wildfire smoke can occur in the western U.S. during summer months (typically July–September). While we’re unable to offer refunds outside our cancellation policy due to smoke conditions, if access to the cabin or the stay itself is directly impacted by an active fire, we’re always open to communicating with guests on a case-by-case basis.
